I've been caught!
..talking aloud to myself, by an old, old man, in the forest. He walked by me quietly, pretending he was not there. Suddenly I felt so shy. But as I explored the sudden insecurity, I found I was having shame over very natural and healthy practice. When we speak aloud to ourselves, we get to know all aspects of our dynamic beingness; the one who has questions, and the wise inner council. Dynamic, simple practice of self-care and devotion.
