"Home in the Light" was Destiny's first professionally produced album, recorded in 2012 and released in 2013.
It is a world/folk studio album that Destiny co-produced with her husband, Andrew Hanuman. Destiny was pregnant while recording the first half of the album, and the second half was recorded after her first child was born. The energy of transitioning from maidenhood to motherhood is present within this music transmission; the beauty of that, and the ache. There are 11 world instruments on this album, and it was created in collaboration with many gifted musicians. Featuring the multi-instrumental Richard Raven Williams and many other astounding hired studio musicians. Scott Miller was the recording engineer. Alex King Harris did the skillful mixing and mastering for a smooth and silky sound. |

Earth Embodied is an album that Destiny produced in her home studio, while she was learning the art of music production. It's mostly vocal harmonies and percussive instruments with her original "Spirit-Songs".
Destiny jokes that this entire album was created between the hours of 11pm-2am, while her toddler (now age 12!) was sleeping and the house was finally quiet. These are a few of the "circle songs" that Destiny loves sharing live, while giving the group full co-creative permission to layer in intuitive harmonies, beat-boxing, and improv lyrics. |
