Embodied Voice Yin Yoga:
The Healing Power of Sound Meets Deep Yoga
Join us for a fun and healing fusion series of Embodied Voice practices (vocal toning, primal sounding, and authentic voice circle) with a gentle, yet deep, Classical Hatha yoga practice that is yin-focused.
Learn to make sounds to release tension and stagnation in your body.
Feeling stagnant in your body? In your creative flow? In your love life?
Each week in the eight-week series is focused on a different energetic center in your chakra system. We will address any potential stagnation or over-stimulation in each part of your energetic system throughout our time together.
The physical yoga practice and the voice practices are designed each week to illuminate blocks and clear stagnation in each corresponding energetic center of your body.
Emerge from the 8 weeks as a greater embodiment of who you truly are. This community class will provide you transformational support for your journey home to yourself.
Classes run:
Fridays 4pm-5:30pm
January 10th-March 6
(no class 02/07)
*No-Risk Series! Classes will be recorded for series participants, in case you need to miss a class or two. :)
$175 for early bird registration
$195 beginning in January
