Your body is your instrument. In these Embodied Voice sessions, you will learn to tune your nervous system and how to tune your voice, and in doing so, how to tune up your energy. Through this practice, you can experience expressing yourself with greater ease and confidence, clarity and impact.
Our work first focuses on unwinding and stabilizing the nervous system.
This method of vocal embodiment is rooted in Nada Yoga, the “yoga of sound”, fused together with somatic practices for regulating the nervous system and unwinding bound emotions from the physical tissues of the body.
This is combined with vocal exercises for expanding breath and energy capacity, as well as toning the vocal cords and the vagus nerve.
These sessions support the blooming of confidence and the deepening of awareness in the body, which calms anxiety naturally, and clears stagnant energies so life can flow, and creations can manifest that support your entire life.
These sessions provide an opportunity for a practice that will improve your relationship with your voice, and support you getting to know your inner voice of wisdom and guidance.

Guidance Sessions with Destiny Love
It brings me great joy to serve as a "creativity coach," sharing helpful tools with my clients and witnessing the blossoming of inner guidance right before my eyes. I teach my clients how to use their breath, along with simple sounds and movements, as tools to clean and align the body's energy system, which allows natural access to inner clarity and wisdom. And then I serve as a guide to help those creative energies flow into the intended channels without obstruction. This allows creative projects to gestate and birth into reality.
I also serve my clients in a variety of entrepreneurial mentorships, including self-publishing mentorships, music composition and distribution, and creating online courses and programs.
